we conclude the installation of
the new heating and air
conditioning system at City
Hall, I wanted to write
regarding the conduct of your
employees. We would regard your
employees who have worked on the
project as a tribute to your
entire organization.
Obviously, any time you are
attempting to retrofit an older
building such as City Hall while
people continue to work there,
conflicts and problems are apt
to arise. However, due to the
professionalism displayed by
your employees, I am unaware of
any such difficulties. At all
