Prefabrication
Brockway’s prefabrication process is inspired by the principles of lean manufacturing and enables us to provide higher quality deliverables, reduce man hours in the field, and minimize onsite safety risks.
Our team of expert mechanics and craftsmen work closely with coordinators and detailers to create piping assemblies and modular components that will ship to the site just-in-time for installation.
Our expansive, BIM-enabled facilities span over 30,000 square feet of mechanical manufacturing space producing complex piping using the most up-to-date equipment for automated welding, finishing, and material handling.
